Schumacher will retire after this season
The decision has been expected by many.Schumacher announced it after winning the Italian Grand Prix.Kimi will be the No.1 driver in Ferrari next season.It will be interesting,with Alonso racing for McLaren-Mercedes and Kimi for Ferrari.
During the race in Monza,Kimi was pushing hard to get his first win of the season but only managed to take the 2nd place.Robert Kubica(Sauber-BMW) was 3rd,earning his first podium win.Kubica also made history as he becomes the first Polish driver to score world championship points.Bravo!
Since Alonso didn't finish the race, his lead is now down to 2 points only. Fans of Schumacher sure hope that he will get his 8th title...but Alonso will not give up just yet.
